Tomoe suffers from an inferiority complex because of the cold treatment he receives from his father, the president of a major corporation, and his outstanding older brother, Wataru. He even lives in a house separate from his family with his caretaker, Nagumo.
He lives pretending to be fine on his own all while trying to suppress his feelings for Nagumo. But one day, Nagumo confesses his love to Tomoe...
"I want to be with you because I love you."
"I want to stay away from you because I love you."
And so their feelings remain unjoined.
