Soa, the daughter of a wealthy merchant, believed she had married happily to the nobleman Arek. But their marriage fell apart, and four years later he hands her a divorce. As she tries desperately to cling to him, Soa dies in an accident—or so it should have been. When she wakes, time has rewound to the very day Arek proposed, the peak of her life. To avoid an unhappy marriage this time, Soa rejects the engagement, declaring, "I will not marry you!" She expects the cold Arek to back down at once, but instead he pursues her with a passion utterly unlike before, as if he has become a different person. To make him despise her, Soa pretends to be a wanton villainess—yet he only answers, "I will grant whatever you desire, so will you give yourself to me alone?" His unreserved, heated caresses leave her soaked to her core, and even as she tries to refuse, her body accepts his shape on its own. Still, to make Arek happy, she is determined to avoid this marriage this time. A tale of mutual pining and doting love that begins with a do-over.
